📋 Description

• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align technology investments and solutions with organizational goals • Define and deliver technology solutions with business leaders, project teams, technology teams, vendors, and industry partners • Communicate architectural strategies, standards, decisions, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders and facilitate consensus • Create and maintain reference architectures, design patterns, and architectural guidelines • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise security architectures • Develop and communicate enterprise architecture strategies, principles, standards, policies, best practices, and technology roadmaps • Drive innovation, reduce technical debt, and foster continuous improvement • Establish and support architecture governance processes, technology reviews, and enterprise architecture boards • Evaluate emerging technologies, security controls, and architectural solutions and recommend adoption strategies • Identify, assess, and mitigate architectural risks involving security, privacy, compliance, and operational resiliency • Integrate security, resiliency, and compliance principles into technology solutions • Lead proof-of-concept efforts, technology assessments, and solution evaluations • Perform high-level capacity planning and support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Computer Engineering, or related field required • In lieu of a degree, five (5) years of related experience may be considered • Three (3) years of experience in an IT architecture role required • Experience developing enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, principles, roadmaps, and reference architectures • Experience designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions • Experience leading technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Experience aligning technology strategies with business objectives • Experience evaluating, selecting, and implementing technology solutions • Experience documenting and diagramming architecture standards and designs, including security topics and solutions • Experience collaborating on security solution requirements and evaluations • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language • Ability to balance business objectives, risk, cost, and technical requirements • Relevant certifications such as PMP, TOGAF, CISSP, or HITRUST preferred • Experience with enterprise security architecture, cybersecurity frameworks, ITIL, business continuity and disaster recovery, Agile methodologies, application lifecycle management, healthcare, automation platforms, cloud technologies, APIs, containerization, microservices, service-oriented architectures, and enterprise-scale security tools preferred • CISSP and PMP certifications listed in the certifications section
