📋 Description

• Crafts compelling subscription value proposition that connects, engages and educates customers to our total protection solution. • Creates excitement and interest around our subscription-led product throughout the customer journey to improve downstream attach rates. • Develops and executes Go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging and creative assets for assigned products with a consumer-oriented mindset and deliver exceptional value across the entire customer journey to drive conversion, retention and customer lifetime value. • Leverage analytics, insights, segmentation, and rapid experimentation to test, learn, and iterate on demand generation campaign strategies. • Derive strategy to optimize return on paid, earned, and owned demand generation media investments. • Partner closely with Subscription Growth Team, Product Management, Consumer Insights, DTC & Channel Marketing, Customer Care, and Sales Teams, to ensure growth strategies are aligned with Arlo’s overall business goals and subscription-led model. • Formulate strategy to increase Arlo brand familiarity and develop marketing campaigns that attract new-to-brand households and drive demand for Arlo subscription services.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of blended experience in growth, demand generation, brand and product marketing within a subscription-based environment. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields. • MBA a plus. • Experience designing and interpreting A/B marketing campaign tests. • Proven ability to partner and provide strategic guidance to design agencies to deliver compelling value proposition that upholds the brand promise. • Strong communication and presentation skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Proven success driving customer acquisition and retention in a consumer-based subscription business. • Deep understanding of marketing metrics with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
