📋 Description

• Own interpretation of civil and site development requirements impacting modular data center deployments • Evaluate jurisdiction-specific codes, permitting pathways, and AHJ expectations • Identify constraints affecting module siting, layout, and deployment feasibility • Support design development as needed by translating site conditions, permitting constraints, utility requirements, and constructability considerations into actionable inputs

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in civil engineering, site development, or infrastructure delivery • Experience with data centers, critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects • Proven ability to operate across permitting, site execution, and cross-functional teams • Experience managing consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders
