📋 Description

• Monitor daily workflow and inventory movement. • Assist with workload distribution and resource allocation. • Track operational productivity and performance metrics. • Identify workflow bottlenecks and escalate concerns. • Support implementation of operational procedures and best practices. • Provide coaching and support to collectors and supervisors. • Assist with onboarding and training activities. • Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures. • Support performance management and employee development initiatives. • Promote accountability and teamwork. • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPI performance. • Prepare operational reports and productivity summaries. • Assist leadership with performance tracking and trend analysis. • Coordinate follow-up on action items and operational initiatives. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity. • Assist with documentation of procedures and training materials. • Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives. • Participate in cross-training and business continuity efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years management or supervisory experience. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Experience managing KPIs and operational performance. • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment. • Healthcare, collections, insurance, or revenue cycle experience preferred.
