📋 Description
• Conduct legal research to support litigation • Provide legal advice to clients with consumer debt • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and opposing counsel • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations • Collaborate and support staff to achieve case goals
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction • Significant experience in litigation • Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and agreements • Strong analytical skills • Experience with law office software and tools • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work • Ability to negotiate effectively • Familiarity with law office software and tools • North Carolina Bar license required
