• Conduct legal research to support litigation • Provide legal advice to clients with consumer debt • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and opposing counsel • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations • Collaborate and support staff to achieve case goals • Provide legal services to clients on a contract basis
🎯 Requirements
• Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction • Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and agreements • Strong analytical skills • Experience with law office software and tools • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
