• Review AI model responses to legal questions for accuracy and reasoning quality. • Draft expert-level prompts, reference answers, and detailed critiques. • Identify hallucinated citations, flawed analysis, and jurisdictional errors. • Provide structured feedback that improves model performance on legal tasks.
🎯 Requirements
• Active license to practice law in the United States. • Recent experience, current or within the last 3 years, at a top-tier BigLaw firm. • Strong professional experience in corporate law, M&A, private equity, or capital markets. • Experience handling high-value transactional matters. • Experience drafting, reviewing, or negotiating complex commercial agreements. • Strong legal research, analytical, and issue-spotting skills. • Excellent written English and ability to explain sophisticated legal concepts clearly. • Strong attention to detail in high-stakes legal work.
