📋 Description

• Read a synthetic legal matter and its underlying documents • Review six blinded AI-generated deliverables labelled A–F • Make five head-to-head comparisons against a common comparator output • Write a short, specific rationale for every preference • Evaluate legal AI work products covering Chapter 11 first-day motions, Section 363 sales and bid evaluation, cross-class plan treatment, and plan objections • Complete the work on the candidate's own schedule • Support Mercor's projects training and enhancing AI systems through human legal expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with substantive practice experience in Chapter 11 first-day motions, Section 363 sales and bid evaluation, cross-class plan treatment, and plan objections • Able to judge work product holistically for correctness, completeness, judgment, and usefulness • Precise written English • Able to work independently from written instructions and meet a deadline • Commitment of approximately 18 hours across the engagement • Must maintain confidentiality under an NDA • External AI tools must not be used on project material • Must work as an independent contractor • H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
