📋 Description

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for an assigned group of clinicians, providing end-to-end support from onboarding through full integration into clinical practice • Build and maintain trust-based clinician relationships through timely, accurate, and professional operational support • Liaise between clinicians and internal teams, guiding clinicians through systems, resources, and organizational changes • Promote clinician engagement, confidence, and retention through proactive communication and clear expectation-setting • Support clinical and operational initiatives by communicating updates and helping clinicians adapt to workflow, process, or system changes • Partner with Clinical Leadership, Onboarding, Licensing & Credentialing, IT, Scheduling, and other cross-functional teams • Capture, synthesize, and share clinician feedback, recurring questions, and operational pain points to inform continuous improvement • Maintain accurate documentation of clinician interactions, onboarding milestones, and operational updates • Perform other duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field; or a combination of relevant experience and education • 3–5 years of experience in clinician support, practice operations, healthcare administration, or related roles such as licensing/credentialing coordination • Exceptional communication skills, including conveying complex, sensitive, or evolving information clearly, professionally, and empathetically • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple workflows, priorities, and timelines • Comfort operating in ambiguity and exercising sound judgment • Self-directed and adaptable; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and platforms • Position requires United States residency • Legal eligibility for employment in the United States • No current or future employment sponsorship requirement
