📋 Description

• Provide mental health services, including intake, therapy, and counseling • Provide video-based behavioral health assessments • Assist with de-escalation and stabilization • Capture collateral information by phone or video • Analyze psychological and psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships • Provide written recommendations on the next level of assessment or care • Maintain documentation in the partner site’s EMR • Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment • Provide observational feedback within a multidisciplinary team • Maintain all required certifications and licenses • Provide remote services to patients accessing care from an Alaskan Tribal Health Organization across the lifespan

🎯 Requirements

• Active Alaska therapy license; accepted licenses include LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMSW • Active state license enabling independent practice • 1–3 years of experience since obtaining an unrestricted license • Intermediate to advanced experience with technology • Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred • Culturally responsive practice with tribal communities and patients affected by trauma • Understanding of intergenerational trauma, substance use, and suicide risk within Native American populations • Training or certification in TF-CBT or EMDR preferred • Private office space at home or elsewhere for confidentiality • Ability to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses as required • United States residency and legal eligibility for employment in the United States
