📋 Description

• Provide mental health services including intake, therapy, and counseling • Provide video-based behavioral health assessments • Assist with de-escalation and stabilization • Capture readily available collateral information by phone or video • Analyze psychological and psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships to understand thoughts, feelings, and behaviors • Provide written recommendations on the next level of assessment or care • Maintain documentation in the partner site’s EMR • Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment • Provide observational feedback within a multidisciplinary team • Serve patients across the lifespan remotely for an Alaskan Tribal Health Organization

🎯 Requirements

• Active Alaska therapy license, or ability to obtain Alaska licensure with Array’s assistance • LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMSW licensure • Active state license • Professional licensure enabling independent practice • 1–3 years of experience since obtaining an unrestricted license • Intermediate to advanced experience with technology • Strong communication skills • Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred • Ability to work effectively with tribal communities and patients affected by trauma • Understanding of intergenerational trauma, substance use, and suicide risk within Native American populations • Training or certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) preferred • Private office space at home or elsewhere for confidentiality • Must maintain all required certifications and licenses • United States residency and legal eligibility for employment in the United States
