📋 Description

• Practice autonomously in the best interest of patients without corporate administrative interference • Provide evidence-based mental health care through telehealth consultations • Participate in a team-based model with multiple therapists and a prescriber • Engage in regular staffing with collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics • Coordinate care between psychiatric and counselor providers • Build and manage a rapidly growing caseload • Perform clinical work from home on clinician-chosen days and hours • Attend virtual clinical team meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold a full clinical license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) • Must be open to obtaining licensure in additional states as needed • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing therapist required • Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender community, strongly preferred • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Proficient in using computers and technology • Prior experience providing Telehealth services preferred
