📋 Description

• Provide individual DBT therapy to adult clients via live video • Facilitate DBT skills groups via live video • Assign DBT-relevant digital lessons, videos, and assessments • Enhance client learning and monitor outcomes between sessions • Deliver culturally responsive care to clients with varied backgrounds, needs, and abilities • Attend weekly consultation team meetings • Attend one-on-one consultation meetings with an expert DBT team lead • Co-lead DBT skills groups with other DBT providers • Attend robust training to enhance clinical skills • Provide evidence-based care and support clients with complex needs

🎯 Requirements

• Unrestricted, active New York or Massachusetts license, allowing independent practice without supervision and without current or pending disciplinary action • New York LMFT/LCSW licenses must have diagnostic privilege • Formal didactic training in DBT required • Minimum one year of experience providing comprehensive DBT, including Stage 1 individual DBT therapy, skills groups using Linehan materials, consultation team participation, and skills coaching • DBT-LBC certification preferred but not required • Experience, comfort, and passion working with clients presenting high-risk behaviors, including suicidal ideation and/or self-injury • Willingness to obtain cross-licensing in additional states as needed • Experience providing telehealth therapy services preferred but not required • Computer and live video tools literacy, such as Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, or Skype
