📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive clinical care to patients across the MSK spectrum, including pelvic health, through telehealth video visits and in-app messaging • Evaluate and treat patients remotely using digital tools and oversee technology outputs • Apply the biopsychosocial model, evidence-informed practice, pain science, behavior change models, and patient-centered care • Communicate clinical reasoning to support member engagement and product development • Provide high-caliber service resulting in customer satisfaction and improved clinical outcomes • Manage a large and varied caseload safely and efficiently • Collaborate as a visible member of a high-performing, inclusive clinical care team • Work a variable Flex schedule of 25–40 hours per week, with schedules communicated at least one month in advance and confirmed two weeks in advance

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of clinical physical therapy experience in an orthopedics setting • At least 1 year of in-person Pelvic Health clinical experience • Completion of one of: Herman & Wallace Level 1 and/or Level 2b; APTA CAPP-Pelvic Level 1 and/or Level 2 Pelvic Health training; Evidence In Motion Pelvic Health I and/or II; Herman & Wallace PRPC; ABPTS Pelvic & Women’s Health Clinical Specialist; Evidence in Motion Pelvic Health Specialist Certification • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) • Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in at least one state of the United States • Ability to complete documentation to secure additional state licenses after offer • Willingness to work across time zones • Ability to provide telehealth services from a private, professional space with reliable, strong internet connectivity within the United States • Ability to work evenings • Current and foreseeable future residence in an eligible listed U.S. state or Puerto Rico • Ability to evaluate, treat, and manage MSK members using telehealth and a biopsychosocial model • Ability to manage a large and varied caseload safely and efficiently using digital tools • Effective written and verbal communication • Adaptability, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving • Medical fluency in Spanish is preferred • Ability to work weekends is preferred • Additional certifications in orthopedics, pain science, or related specialties are preferred
