📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive clinical care to patients across the musculoskeletal spectrum, including pelvic health, through telehealth video visits and in-app messaging • Evaluate and treat patients remotely using digital tools, manage care, and oversee technology outputs • Apply the biopsychosocial model, evidence-informed practice, patient-centered MSK care, behavior change models, and pain neuroscience education • Communicate clinical reasoning to support member engagement and product development • Provide high-caliber service that drives customer satisfaction and improved clinical outcomes • Manage a large and varied patient caseload safely and efficiently • Work within a high-performing, inclusive clinical care team • Adapt to changing workflows, processes, and challenges

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of clinical physical therapy experience in an orthopedics setting, evaluating and treating a variety of MSK conditions • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) • Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in at least 1 state of the United States • Ability to complete required documentation to secure additional state licenses after receiving an offer, within a timely manner • Willingness to work across time zones • Ability to serve as a visible member of the care team, with name and photograph/likeness appearing in the product and associated marketing materials • Ability to deliver telehealth services in a private, professional space with reliable, strong internet connectivity within the United States • Able to work evenings • Current and foreseeable future residence within Delaware, Georgia, Maryland, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Texas, Wisconsin, South Carolina, West Virginia, Vermont, Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, Alabama, Kansas, Puerto Rico, District of Columbia, New Jersey, Ohio, Arizona, Montana, Utah, Oklahoma, Alaska, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, or Washington • Excellent and clear decision making for evaluating, treating, and managing MSK members, including some pelvic health, using a biopsychosocial model • Ability to manage a large and varied caseload safely and efficiently using digital tools • Effective written and verbal communication with members, colleagues, and other professionals • High adaptability, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment • Medical fluency in Spanish is preferred, not required • Additional certifications in orthopedics, pain science, or related specialties are preferred
