📋 Description

• Provide mental health services such as intake, therapy, and counseling • Provide video-based behavioral health assessments with patients • Assist with de-escalation and stabilization • Capture readily available collateral information by phone or video • Analyze psychological and psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships to understand thoughts, feelings, and behaviors • Provide written recommendations on the next level of assessment or care • Maintain documentation within the partner site’s EMR • Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment • Provide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context • Maintain all required certifications and licenses

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed therapist with an active Oregon license • Active state license • Professional licensure must enable independent practice • 1–3 years of experience since obtaining an unrestricted license • Intermediate to advanced experience with technology • Strong communication skills • Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred • Private office space at home or elsewhere for confidentiality • Must be legally eligible for employment in the United States • Must reside in the United States if employed • Must maintain all required certifications and licenses
