📋 Description

• Define and deliver the overall game vision, including game mechanics, play style, and theme • Collaborate closely with mathematicians, artists, animators, and sound designers to bring your game to life • Playtest and iterate on your game’s math, mechanics, game flow, and visual presentation with an eye toward creating the best player experience possible • Produce and maintain clear design documentation for your game • Collaborate with other game designers to provide gameplay feedback and recommendations for improvement on each other’s games • Regularly play competitors’ games in the iGaming and land-based spaces to stay abreast of industry trends and new mechanics

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing real-money slot games for iGaming or land-based markets • Degree in Mathematics, Game Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Excellent written communication skills, especially the ability to clearly communicate complex and creative concepts to stakeholders across the globe • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging game mechanics, and player expectations • Familiarity with wireframing software such as Figma or Balsamiq
