• Respond promptly and effectively to new lead inquiries • Cultivate leads through phone calls, Creative Follow Ups, tours, and home visits • Create empathetic human connections with potential residents and family members • Help leads and families evaluate senior living options and make decisions • Drive gross and net community occupancy gains by tracking move-ins, move-outs, and vacancies • Handle new lead traffic for all communities in the designated region • Conduct lead reviews, audits, source analysis, and prospect information reviews • Analyze weekly marketing metrics and identify growth and improvement opportunities • Meet KPIs for Voice to Voices, Creative Follow Ups, inquiry-to-tour conversions, Speed to Lead, email blasts, and bulk text messages • Meet regularly with the managing director to discuss program functionality, successes, challenges, and building-specific issues • Develop strategies for struggling buildings and review metrics with the managing director • Manage leads using the Welcome Home platform • Apply sales processes including the STEP method, Order of Process, KPI compliance, and case studies • Participate in daily Sales coverage seven days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. • Take forwarded after-hours calls and respond to prospective residents within two hours • Field incoming Sales calls and obtain complete contact information • Maintain required sales-call volume and assist with outbound calls and call-a-thon events • Arrange community tours for prospective residents and families • Qualify prospective residents according to company policy and state and federal requirements • Maintain daily activity follow-up sheets, lead notes, follow-up, action plans, and accurate lead databases • Collaborate with teams and transfer enthusiasm to prospective residents, current residents, and staff • Escalate Operations concerns to the Senior Living Director and Executive Director • Improve inquiry procedures, tour effectiveness, closing techniques, and customer satisfaction • Maintain sales contacts and partnerships with referral agencies • Manage promotional items, office supplies, and the marketing office • Lead Creative Follow-Up efforts within designated time frames • Update referral agencies and Partner Central on move-ins, pricing, vacancies, and requested information • Perform other duties as assigned
• Candidate must be at least 18 years of age • Have a high school diploma, or equivalent • Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of a 12th grade proficiency • Possess clear verbal and written communication skills • Able to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills • Positive and energetic attitude • Professional in appearance and conduct • Be criminally cleared • Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks • Good physical health verified by a physician health screening performed not more than six months prior to or seven days following employment • Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening • Able to sit at a desk up to eight hours a day • Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for brief periods • Able to retrieve items from overhead bins or cabinets • Able to lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds
