📋 Description

• Process non-complex, non-technical claim-related activities within established quality, productivity, and process standards • Handle a single line of claims or a combination of claims from different segments • Deliver compassionate, fast, fair, and easy service to ensure customer retention • Make and maintain customer connections by understanding and meeting customer needs • Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, email, calendar management, and word processing • Handle claim files, including locating, requesting, filing, reconstructing, moving, and sending files • Retrieve, print, fax, or mail supporting documentation to vendors or others • Receive, screen, and route incoming telephone calls and electronic correspondence • Contact or receive contact from customers and claim-related third parties to obtain or provide file information • Generate and send forms to insureds/claimants • Complete forms, log documents into the system, and route them to appropriate parties • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience • Previous experience in customer service, subrogation, and/or insurance preferred • Good organization skills with timely follow-up skills • Good oral and written communication skills • Knowledge of Excel and Word • Ability to perform routine tasks of basic complexity under general supervision • Regular, predictable attendance • Must submit to a background investigation, including a drug screen • Must reside in the United States • Position is not open to AK, CA, or HI residents
