📋 Description

• Deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly using Charlie Health’s evidence-based curriculum • Review assigned curriculum and facilitate sessions across various age groups and cohorts • Foster client engagement and group cohesion, encouraging camera-on culture and active participation • Participate in Tuesday Treatment Team meetings • Participate in bi-weekly Group Supervision with Clinical Leadership • Monitor and complete client documentation within 24 hours, meeting State and The Joint Commission standards • Maintain professional, prompt communication via email and Slack with Primary Therapists, Care Coaches, and staff • Work Monday–Thursday full-time schedules or available part-time schedules Monday–Thursday or Friday–Saturday, during listed PST group schedules

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health or related field (MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.) • Must currently reside in and be legally eligible to work in Oregon • Demonstrated proficiency across multiple modalities, including DBT, CBT, EMDR, and MI • Experience in intensive treatment settings • Ability to work with a diverse population and age ranges from 8–64 • Ability to facilitate engaging, effective virtual sessions • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Strong belief in group-based treatment • Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries
