📋 Description

• Monitor youth compliance with court-ordered requirements, supervision expectations, and behavioral guidelines • Conduct random and unannounced curfew checks • Assist with electronic monitoring activities and track compliance • Conduct drug and alcohol testing as required • Monitor school attendance and other assigned requirements • Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed records and reports • Organize and prioritize assigned caseload responsibilities • Communicate with supervisors, families, and authorized individuals • Identify concerns, exercise sound judgment, and report significant issues or violations • Travel throughout Story, Boone, and Hardin Counties to complete monitoring activities and meet program needs

🎯 Requirements

• A four-year degree from an accredited college or university; or at least two years of college education and a minimum of one year of full-time equivalent experience working with at-risk youth; or a high school diploma or GED with at least two years of supervised experience working with youth • Valid driver's license and appropriate vehicle liability insurance • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and respond professionally to challenging situations • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for monitoring activities and curfew checks • Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area • Successful completion of all required background checks
