📋 Description

• Review financial information for accuracy and make corrections when necessary • Review transactions and identify discrepancies before final processing and deposit • Complete varying volumes of work accurately, efficiently, and within established timeframes • Follow company security, privacy, and compliance policies to protect sensitive company and customer information • Maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Use company systems and tools to support timely transaction processing • Help prevent check fraud and ensure accuracy and efficiency for clients and customers

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required • Strong data entry skills; 10-key experience is preferred • Knowledge of MICR information and different check types is a plus • Basic working knowledge of computers and Windows applications • Ability to learn new systems, processes, and procedures quickly • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Ability to remain calm and professional during high-volume or stressful situations • Ability to multitask and move efficiently between different queues and assignments • Ability to work independently while recognizing when guidance or assistance is needed • Must be available to work a flexible, rotating schedule, including some weekends and holidays as needed • At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred • Banking, check-cashing, financial services, or related experience is a strong plus
