📋 Description

• Configure and update benefit plans, eligibility rules, and coverage levels for the 2027 plan year • Set up Open Enrolment event types, enrolment periods, and communication materials within Workday • Update benefit rates, rate tables, and provider premium schedules • Lead end-to-end Open Enrolment testing, including test scenario configuration, test event launches, and business-process validation • Configure Workday ACA eligibility measurement rules, stability periods, and hours tracking • Set up Offer and Coverage codes for Lines 14 and 16 of Form 1095-C • Audit, troubleshoot, and generate IRS year-end ACA reporting files • Serve as a Benefits Administrator during the live Open Enrolment window • Troubleshoot configuration issues, run audits, and resolve employee enrolment errors • Partner with functional benefits stakeholders to translate plan changes into system requirements • Run EIBs for mass data loading, including rate updates and enrolment corrections • Bridge functional configuration and system administration for Workday Benefits and HRIS

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years focused on Workday Benefits and ACA Processing • Proven track record running at least 2 full Open Enrolment lifecycles in Workday • Experience with a first-year / cutover Open Enrolment cycle is a major differentiator • Experience configuring and updating Workday benefit plans, eligibility rules, coverage levels, event types, enrolment periods, communication materials, benefit rates, rate tables, and provider premium schedules • Experience with Workday ACA eligibility measurement rules, stability periods, hours tracking, Offer and Coverage codes, and IRS year-end ACA reporting files • Experience troubleshooting configuration issues, running audits, resolving employee enrolment errors, and partnering with benefits stakeholders • Experience running EIBs for mass data loading • Technical skills in Workday Benefits Config, EIB mass loads, Calculated Fields, and Custom Reporting • Equal Opportunity Employer including disability/veteran status
