• 10+ years of experience as a commercial lines producer, primarily within the middle-market and/or large account space. • Proven record of **sales success**, consistently meeting or exceeding new business and retention goals. • Demonstrated ability to **build, grow, and sustain a profitable book of business** through strategic prospecting and relationship management. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; able to articulate value and win trust with executive-level clients. • Active, current P&C License (advanced designations such as CIC, CPCU, or ARM a plus). • Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to win and the discipline to execute in a fast-paced environment.
