• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs focused on manufacturing excellence, continuous improvement, leadership development, and operational capability building • Facilitate and coach application of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, DMAIC, DOE, root cause analysis, project management, and operational excellence methodologies • Lead train-the-trainer initiatives to strengthen facilitation capability and ensure consistent training delivery across sites • Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, EHS, HR/Learning & Development, and site leadership to align learning strategies with business priorities and workforce development needs • Coach project teams, leaders, and continuous improvement practitioners to translate learning into measurable business impact and sustainable results • Evaluate and enhance training effectiveness through feedback, capability assessments, performance metrics, and continuous improvement practices
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Training & Development, or a related technical discipline • Advanced degree preferred • Demonstrated experience in technical training, continuous improvement, operational excellence, leadership development, or manufacturing capability building within industrial, chemical, process, or life sciences environments • Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, statistical thinking, problem solving, and process improvement tools • Proven ability to facilitate training programs, coach diverse audiences, and translate complex technical concepts into practical workplace applications • Experience developing or delivering train-the-trainer programs and supporting certification pathways highly valued • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across all organizational levels • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred • Additional training, facilitation, or project management certifications considered an advantage
