📋 Description

• Provide product and technical training support to internal and external customers • Facilitate technical and/or sales training including installation, controls, commissioning, service, troubleshooting, product, and basic applications • Work with subject matter experts to develop or enhance curriculum as required • Prepare training facility and lab prior to training classes • Maintain training material inventory at assigned location • Maintain training facility standards, including equipment and tools • Assist in development of product and technical training programs, including curriculum and corresponding training materials such as PowerPoint presentations, videos, and manuals • Provide training support, including communication, promotion and coordination of product and technical training • Acts as a liaison between sales, product marketing, service, and training • Assist at educational or industry conferences; ability to present at conferences

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with HVAC installation, commissioning, service and maintenance • 8+ years facilitating product and technical training • HVAC degree or certification • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field, preferred • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Knowledge of HVAC products and controls • Knowledge of management systems is a plus
