📋 Description

• Deliver all curricula using instructor-led, electronic/web-based, and/or multimedia training methods and formats • Conduct standard and custom classes per customer requirements • Follow good pedagogy practices for teaching adults • Coordinate the development of course material to cover learning objectives ; adjust learning objectives accordingly • Evaluate training material for improvements • Continue self-study to understand all technologies that are part of the curricula • Participate in engineering and product planning sessions • Participate in industry related forums to ensure accuracy of technical information • Train and mentor training specialists

🎯 Requirements

• Five (5) years of experience as an HVACR technician, wholesaler, educator or equivalent HVACR industry role • Experience with Residential controls and components • Ability to travel 60-70% • Ability to present to groups and facilitate learning programs • Skilled in providing customer service • Ability to communicate effectively - verbally and in writing • Proficient in technology - Microsoft Suite of Products; PC's, Mobile Devices • Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment • Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
