📋 Description

• Serve as the frontline interface between ARxIUM systems and customers • Install, maintain, repair, and modify ARxIUM systems at customer facilities • Perform software and hardware preventive and corrective maintenance • Perform software and hardware emergency break-fix service calls • Refine and validate PLC coding • Coordinate with facilities to schedule downtime for maintenance • Complete paperwork and reports accurately and on time, including ticket updates and closures, expenses, and timesheets • Follow up on open issues, tickets, and escalations • Work outside normal business hours when required to service products • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or degree in a technical field including mechanical, electrical, computer, or biomedical • 3–5 years of experience programming Allen-Bradley PLCs • Conveyor and automation experience • Engineering and electrical experience • 7+ years of direct field service or equivalent experience troubleshooting and repairing computerized electro-mechanical systems • 7+ years of experience working in a service capacity with direct customer interaction • Excellent customer-centered communication skills • Ability to travel • Valid driver's license
