• Oversee the entire life-cycle of implementation plans, from initial readiness assessments to long-term sustainability. • Supports execution, including site readiness, logistics, and infrastructure development. • Manages communication between sites and the project team, providing cross-functional leadership to resolve bottlenecks. • Manages and tracks project budgets, performance analytics, and dashboards to drive clinical outcomes.
• Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. • Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools. • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management. • Ability to interpret data dashboards and translate them into actionable feedback.
