• Lead the performance and success of specialty pharmacy programs, ensuring strong results across key metrics • Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical clients and reimbursement hubs • Turn data into action by analyzing trends, identifying root causes, and driving process improvements • Anticipate client needs and proactively address risks, delays, and service gaps • Communicate program performance clearly, providing stakeholders with meaningful updates, insights, and recommendations • Lead presentations, business reviews, and meetings to share progress, align on priorities, and showcase program value • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, account teams, and clinical partners to ensure alignment and execution • Represent specialty pharmacy programs professionally in all client interactions
• High school diploma or GED • 3+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy or related healthcare operations • 2+ years of client, account, or program management experience • Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into clear recommendations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel for data analysis and reporting • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
