📋 Description

• Support enterprise-level production systems with high availability and operational excellence requirements • Lead Cloud Data Engineering, DevOps, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Data Operations teams • Manage engineering or operations teams • Use Google Cloud Platform services including BigQuery, Cloud Composer/Airflow, Dataflow, Dataproc, and Cloud Storage • Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and observability practices • Use enterprise operational tools and analytics platforms • Advance AI-assisted engineering practices • Build inclusive, high-performing teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Cloud Data Engineering, DevOps, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Data Operations • 3+ years of technical leadership experience managing engineering or operations teams • Proven track record supporting enterprise-level production systems with high availability and operational excellence requirements • Expertise in Google Cloud Platform services: BigQuery, Cloud Composer/Airflow, Dataflow, Dataproc, and Cloud Storage • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required • Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automation/observability tools • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and Looker • Demonstrated passion for AI-assisted engineering practices • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred • Ability to build inclusive, high-performing teams
