📋 Description

• Architect and optimize automated end-to-end identity and identity proofing workflows using IGA tooling • Eliminate manual provisioning and strengthen identity security controls across the enterprise • Design and implement secure identity proofing and verification flows using SCIM, OAuth2, SAML 2.0, and OIDC • Serve as the Tier 3 escalation authority for identity data synchronization and orchestration across hybrid environments • Support integrations involving Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and Virtual Directory Services • Develop and execute automated technical audits and compliance monitors for IAM controls • Ensure continuous alignment with internal policies and external regulatory requirements • Drive IAM modernization initiatives as a Subject Matter Expert within an Agile framework • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures • Mentor junior analysts

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • Deep technical proficiency in SCIM, OAuth2, SAML 2.0, and OIDC • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and Virtual Directory Services (VDS) • Experience with IGA tooling and automated identity lifecycle workflows • Experience developing automated technical audits and compliance monitors for IAM controls • Experience working within an Agile framework • Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures • Ability to mentor junior analysts • CISSP, CCSP, or CISA expertise preferred • SailPoint technical certification is a significant competitive advantage • Extensive experience in regulated, high-volume healthcare security environments preferred • Proven success migrating obsolete access control processes to modern, automated identity fabrics preferred
