📋 Description

• Lead and manage complex Master Data Management and Operational Support initiatives • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to align project milestones with enterprise supply chain objectives • Oversee training and rigorous auditing of system requesters for compliance with purchasing, payables, and regulatory standards • Own the Requester Support ecosystem, including educational content, emergency alerts, and newsletters • Configure ERP systems for location-specific items, supplier account architectures, and advanced requester profiles • Collaborate with Purchasing and Accounts Payable to investigate and resolve requester-related discrepancies and systemic process gaps • Design custom tools and feedback mechanisms to improve the end-user supply chain experience • Use data-driven survey insights to drive continuous process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree, OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience • Bachelor's degree preferred • Experience with Master Data Management and operational support initiatives • Ability to configure ERP systems for location-specific items, supplier account architectures, and requester profiles • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams • Knowledge of purchasing and payables policies and regulatory standards • Ability to investigate requester-related discrepancies and systemic process gaps • Ability to design custom tools and feedback mechanisms and use survey insights for process improvement
