📋 Description

• Conduct benchmark walk data collections using the SeeHawk Touch platform according to CTS standards and project specifications • Perform proof-of-product walk data collections using the LML platform for post-deployment validation • Execute post-deployment data collection to verify system performance against design requirements • Participate in commissioning processes alongside the National System Performance Engineering team • Troubleshoot data collection platforms and field equipment in real time during deployments • Maintain and care for assigned LML and scanner kits • Submit accurate travel requests and timesheets on time • Recognize and report anomalies in walk data KPIs, DAS alarms, and related performance indicators • Support senior SPEs with commissioning activities, including signal readings and RF measurements • Travel independently to remote project sites as competency is demonstrated and complete assignments without on-site supervision

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Associate’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or a related technical field preferred • 0–2 years of experience in a technical or field-based role • Prior internship or coursework in RF, wireless, or networking is a plus • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to travel extensively, up to 75% or more • Basic understanding of wireless communication concepts, including cellular, Wi-Fi, and RF signal propagation, or demonstrated aptitude to learn quickly • Comfort with technology platforms, software tools, and data collection instruments • Willingness to master SeeHawk Touch and LML platforms • Familiarity with or ability to learn RF metrics including RSRP, RSRQ/SINR, and interference measurements • Basic math proficiency and ability to develop working knowledge of RF mathematics • Ability to understand LTE, NR (5G), and Public Safety signal architecture concepts through training • Ability to rapidly absorb and apply technical concepts in the field under time pressure • Ability to work independently at remote sites after initial training • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills • Effective communication skills • Problem-solving ability for field equipment and software issues • Professional demeanor and commitment to CTS values of respect, integrity, and excellence • Ability to walk, stand, and carry equipment up to 30 lbs for extended periods • Willingness to work in active construction sites, mechanical rooms, rooftops, and industrial environments • Flexibility to travel on short notice and work variable hours, including occasional weekends • Comfort working at heights and in confined spaces • Willingness to perform telecom installation and QOI testing duties if required
