📋 Description

• Define financial, operational, and clinical data necessary for evaluating change initiatives • Identify steps, tools, and training necessary to implement a process or structural change • Oversee functioning of assigned projects/project teams and collaborate with executive leadership to access necessary resources • Manage resources, process and quality assurance of projects within scope of responsibility • Develop and update the ongoing management plan • Monitor and ensure detailed project plans, reporting mechanisms, issue resolution processes, and communications are timely and meet quality guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Certification specializing in Lean Healthcare Mgmt preferred • Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed • Project Mgmt Professional preferred • Registered Nurse preferred • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • Bachelor's degree • Experience in performance improvement • Lean (green or black belt) or quality (CPHQ) certifications preferred
