📋 Description

• Develop a comprehensive payer revenue strategy and execute it through contracting with payers across the Wisconsin market • Transform high-level goals into market-specific results • Serve as the primary negotiator in high-stakes payer discussions • Secure agreements that protect and grow financial and clinical interests • Develop a deep understanding of Wisconsin's competitive landscape, payer dynamics, and delivery footprint • Align payer strategies with long-term business plans and organizational growth objectives • Monitor payer net revenue performance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed budget targets for payer lifts and revenue growth

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management • Advanced capacity to transform complex data into actionable strategies that drive measurable financial ROI and organizational growth • Exceptional ability to foster collaboration, align diverse stakeholders, and navigate high-stakes negotiations through active listening and diplomacy • Proven expertise in prioritizing workloads, leading change, and delegating effectively to deliver scalable, human-centered solutions in demanding markets • Occasional travel required
