📋 Description

• Lead standard accounting functions, including month-end close and reconciliations, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards • Perform cost and financial variance analysis of data extracted from various internal sources • Identify and explain discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting and support effective decision-making • Perform analysis and reporting regarding financial operations and information • Serve as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures • Perform necessary reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and integrity

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • Advanced Excel experience preferred • Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred • Monday-Friday availability
