📋 Description

• Perform full cycle recruitment operations • Assess organizational strategic plans and develop recruitment strategies for short- and long-term hiring goals • Achieve successful delivery of recruitment targets • Consult with hiring managers to clarify job objectives, requirements, and preferences • Research and source candidates for open requisitions using technology-based search techniques • Establish external relationships • Perform local and nationwide targeted searches • Generate candidate leads and develop lists of potential candidates • Work with HR Centers of Excellence on recruitment practices, policies, and operations

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required • Minimum of 2–3 years of full-cycle corporate recruitment experience preferred
