📋 Description

• Manage scheduling of patient appointments, ensuring clinical resources and patient time are used with maximum efficiency • Accurately capture demographic and insurance information to ensure a seamless checkout and billing experience • Resolve scheduling hurdles and provide clear, empathetic guidance to patients regarding pre-service requirements • Support the insurance authorization process to ensure patients get the care they need without delays

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable • Experience scheduling patient appointments via phone and chat correspondence • Experience taking high volume calls in a health-care setting • Ability to navigate multiple systems in a remote environment • Experience with Athena, Epic, Dash, Genesys or Salesforce • Healthcare experience is strongly preferred
