📋 Description

• Own and communicate the Epic/MyChart capability roadmap • Maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with technical configurations, consumer growth, and patient access goals • Evaluate patient journey analytics and utilization data to identify digital friction points • Optimize self-service and engagement touchpoints • Build data-driven business cases and financial impact models for feature enablement, system enhancements, and platform investments • Author product requirements, user stories, and feature acceptance criteria • Guide analysts, configuration teams, and deployment partners • Collaborate with enterprise partners and leaders to integrate MyChart capabilities into the broader consumer digital experience ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • Minimum of 5 years of progressive product management experience managing, optimizing, or governing Epic Systems and MyChart platforms in a complex healthcare environment • Epic MyChart Certification or documented Proficiency • Deep understanding of digital product management methodologies, product analytics, backlog prioritization frameworks, and Epic Interconnect APIs/interoperability standards • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
