📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic business plans and initiatives for current and future products supporting safe patient recovery in the ICU and other settings • Develop and implement tactical plans to meet product, financial, and corporate growth objectives • Oversee all phases of product development from ideation through product launch • Obtain and analyze voice-of-customer feedback from KOLs, customers, market research, and internal partners • Facilitate market research to identify customer needs and market requirements • Define product concepts and support requirements creation • Champion new product development across internal and external groups • Author User Needs, Stakeholder Requirements, and Product Marketing Requirements documents • Represent product management on core teams and drive customer input throughout development • Support identification, prioritization, and development of new product opportunities and quantify business impact • Create business cases and market opportunity analyses • Serve as internal and external product expert throughout the product lifecycle • Manage cross-functional project teams, resources, and detailed project plans • Collaborate with Marketing on new product launches • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies, including training, segmentation, positioning, and messaging • Travel regularly in the field to assess customer and market opinions • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing & Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS required • Minimum of 7 years of successful product management or related experience • Experience defining data and connectivity solutions • Experience with products interfacing to Electronic Health Record systems such as EPIC • Well versed in the dynamics of medical device markets • Ability to lead and collaborate across business units and functions • Strong learning agility; flexible and adaptable • Strong analytical skills • Strong written and oral communication skills • Able to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated • Knowledge of how a product is adopted in a healthcare environment • Ability to influence, facilitate, and collaborate with various constituencies within the company • PC application skills: MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Regular travel availability (20–40%) • Preferred: Master’s degree, 10+ years’ product management experience, medical device industry experience, and critical care device industry knowledge
