📋 Description

• Analyze complex third-party reimbursement trends, revenue performance and contractual adjustments to capture missing revenue and optimize net patient revenue • Partner with Managed Care and payer-contracting teams to clarify reimbursement terms, resolve payment discrepancies and address claim denials • Direct market-level revenue and reimbursement strategy alongside CFOs and operational leaders • Establish performance targets, reduce aged A/R and maintain accountability • Address complex billing issues, underpayments and Medicare/state-level reimbursement barriers • Accelerate cash collection and minimize revenue leakage • Track net collection rates, denial rates and reimbursement variances to drive data-informed financial decisions across entities

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience, including 2 years in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience, including 2 years in leadership/management • None required for licensure/certification/registration • 8+ years in healthcare finance/reimbursement, with specialized accounting/analytical work in Reimbursement (Cost Report Preparation) and AR Valuation, including 5+ years of hospital leadership experience • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills focused on process improvement • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; MBA or CPA a plus
