📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end production for multi-channel video, photography, and digital campaigns • Translate high-level creative concepts into impactful visual stories connecting with patients and communities • Orchestrate shoot logistics, contracts, timelines, and budgets • Deliver complex creative initiatives smoothly, on time, and with operational precision • Unite internal creative leads, external agency partners, and freelance crews • Elevate production quality across all stages • Champion brand integrity and healthcare compliance across shoots • Resolve on-set and scheduling hurdles while safeguarding project quality and patient privacy • Integrate modern workflow technologies, project management platforms, and emerging AI tools • Streamline production lifecycles and scale storytelling efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • 5+ years of dedicated media or creative production experience managing end-to-end, multi-channel shoots within an agency or in-house brand environment • Experience with video, photography, and digital content production • Demonstrated full fiscal and logistical ownership • Experience developing comprehensive production budgets • Experience negotiating vendor and talent contracts • Experience managing project schedules from pre-production through post-production delivery • Hands-on proficiency with production and project management platforms such as Frame.io, Asana, Workfront, or Monday.com • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
