📋 Description

• Translate operational needs into clear technical requirements to ensure clinical and business teams have dependable digital tools • Resolve complex application issues with vendor partners and internal engineers to minimize workflow disruptions and maintain system stability • Coordinate system implementations, upgrades and change controls using ServiceNow to keep critical healthcare technology secure and current • Champion data integrity, security and privacy standards across all supported applications to safeguard sensitive patient and organizational information • Participate in a rotating on-call week

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • At least 5 years of professional experience in healthcare information technology, business analysis, application support or systems analysis preferred • Proven track record managing change workflows, project tracking and daily collaboration through ServiceNow, Jira and Google Workspace preferred • No required credential or licensure
