📋 Description
• Plan and conduct user-centered research using surveys, interviews, and usability tests • Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research data into journey maps, service blueprints, and reports • Evaluate and experiment with AI-driven research tools • Present research findings and strategic recommendations to product, engineering, and design partners • Collaborate with design and technology teams to optimize digital accessibility (ADA compliance) and usability across software applications and digital products
🎯 Requirements
• No required licensure, certification, or registration credential • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a program in HCI, Human Factors, Interaction Design, Service Design, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field (or equivalent completion of a non-collegiate design research program) • Practical coursework or hands-on experience in core UX research methods, including survey design, user interviews, usability testing, and research synthesis • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
