📋 Description

• Provide front-line call center and operational process support to financial institutions and Ascensus staff • Answer inbound client phone calls regarding compliance and operational assistance for IRA, HSA, ESA, and other account types • Process death claims and miscellaneous forms related to deceased IRA, HSA, or ESA account owners • Identify opportunities to cross-sell Ascensus products • Maintain basic knowledge of Ascensus products and services and relevant new marketplace products • Protect, secure, and properly handle confidential Ascensus data • Apply Ascensus service philosophy and core values in day-to-day actions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or a trade-off in related work experience • Previous experience in a call center environment preferred • Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Previous knowledge of the financial services industry, specifically credit unions and banks • In-depth knowledge of IRS rules and regulations • Knowledge of IRA, Coverdell Educational Savings Account, and Health Savings Account compliance issues, regulations, and operating procedures • Strong written and oral communication skills • Demonstrated customer service skills • Proven effective listening and problem-solving skills • Ability to become proficient in several operating systems • Ability to protect and properly handle confidential data
