📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service in all contact interactions • Provide advanced technical and operational assistance to IRA customers • Assist Financial Advisors with IRA onboarding and new plan setup • Process daily transactions including new IRA plans, distribution requests, and payroll contributions • Monitor reports and fix processing errors • Act as a subject matter expert for IRA-related inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years retirement services industry experience • Bachelor’s degree in business preferred • Moderate ERISA knowledge • Technical expertise in Operations • Problem-solving skills • Effective documentation and explanation of solutions • Conflict resolution within the team • Ability to independently make decisions on transactions • Planning for specific tasks • Ability to manage own tasks and conflicting priorities • Initiative to seek additional responsibilities • Regularly participates in projects
