📋 Description

• Serve as primary point of contact for specialized trust and fiduciary services for high-profile institutional accounts • Nurture long-standing client relationships through high-quality, responsive service • Lead onboarding of new accounts and coordinate account opening • Review agreements and prepare internal documentation for proper administration • Meet with contacts, ensure timely client deliverables, and field inquiries • Direct Trust Administrators in processing trades, wire transfers, checks, plan sub-accounting, and reconciliations • Collaborate with Senior Management, Trust Administrators, Operations, Financial Analysts, and Attorneys • Present annual account reviews at weekly committee meetings and participate in internal planning meetings • Facilitate participant communications concerning employer stock funds and distributions • Comply with policies and procedures, retain records, and respond to audit inquiries • Identify cross-selling opportunities to support business development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college • Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience • Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Trust system experience (e.g., SEI’s Trust3000) preferred but not required • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or other retirement industry certificates preferred but not required • Uninterrupted virtual workspace • Family care in place during business hours • Internet connection of 25 Mbps or better • Ability to travel up to 5%
