• Bachelor’s degree in related field • 10–15 years of progressive benefits management experience in benefits policy design, governance, compliance and administration globally. • Five years of management experience • Experience with designing, recommending, and implementing executive incentive compensation programs (e.g. short-term and long-term incentives). • Strong experience with directly managing all aspects of U.S. benefits programs including defined benefit, defined contribution, retiree medical/life, and union plans. • Experience supporting or influencing union benefits negotiations and resolving union grievances regarding benefits offered. • Demonstrated understanding of fiduciary responsibilities and SOX‑related controls for benefits programs. • Experience managing benefits administration through external partners and platforms (e.g., Paycom, Benefitfocus). • Experience managing global and local brokers and supporting benefit decisions for countries in which we operate. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Demonstrated responsible and ethical behavior at all times
