📋 Description

• Advise legal teams and clients on strategic use of legal technologies, including AI • Serve as the primary NewLaw contact and manage matters from initiation through successful delivery • Lead multiple projects while balancing priorities, timelines, budgets, risks, and scope • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners supporting forensics, analytics, review, trial readiness, and litigation services • Apply legal technology platforms including Relativity, DISCO, and Everchron • Oversee database design, data transformation, document productions, and matter management activities • Define technical requirements, manage deliverables, ensure quality assurance, and validate production accuracy • Communicate with stakeholders regarding project status, milestones, risks, costs, and scope changes • Stay current on emerging legal technologies and champion best practices and continuous improvement • Support business development initiatives, including client presentations, and maintain availability for firm and client needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related work experience • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted • Expertise in legal practice technologies, including Generative AI • Exceptional project and matter management skills • Attention to detail and ability to thrive under tight deadlines • Effective communication and sound judgment • Ability to take initiative with minimal supervision • Proficiency in Relativity and/or DISCO • Ability to quickly master emerging litigation technologies • Prior experience in litigation or e-discovery project management strongly preferred
