📋 Description

• Lead multiple global market research projects from proposal acceptance through final invoicing, delivering on time, on budget, and to scope • Serve as the primary client contact, clarifying objectives, managing expectations, and providing proactive recommendations • Identify risks, remove blockers, and surface opportunities to expand or deepen client partnerships • Partner with Sales and Research on proposals, pricing, and feasibility assessments • Oversee survey programming, translations, data collection, third-party vendor management, and field reporting • Implement quality-control best practices to protect data integrity and improve reporting quality and client satisfaction • Track budgets, manage costs, and ensure accurate, timely invoicing and financial processing • Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders across time zones and functions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7+ years of market research project management experience in a client-facing role • Prior healthcare experience is required • Professional-level English, verbal and written • Proficiency with market research tools, methodologies, and project management systems, including Decipher, Confirmit, Salesforce, MS, and Excel • Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions under pressure • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools without compromising data integrity or customer experience • Ability to communicate recommendations to internal and external stakeholders • Client-focused, results-driven approach
